Shreni Shares Ltd is a member of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), National Stock Exchange (NSE), SEBI registered Category-I merchant banker and is also registered as Depository participant with CDSL.
Our company was established in 2009, with an objective of becoming a financial powerhouse providing all financial solutions under one roof. Our objective is to provide the best value for money to the investors through innovative products, investment strategies, advanced technologies and personalised services.
We followed a consistent growth path and added more financial products like Investment banking, Mutual funds and Loans. While we are still rooted to our core-values, we always have a forward looking approach

CA Bhavesh H. Shah
Managing Director and Chairperson
A CA by profession and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), CA Bhavesh Shah is the Managing Director of Shreni Shares Limited. He is a visionary who is currently working on the vision of creating Country’s first nation-level financial services hub. It has resulted into the rapid and multi-fold growth of Shreni Group. He has an experience of more than 25 years in Financial Markets and is involved in all the strategic decisions of the group.

Parth Shah
Whole Time Director and CEO
Mr. Parth Shah is responsible for starting the merchant banking division of Shreni Shares Limited. He has total work experience of 10+ years in capital markets. An MBA graduate from BSE Institute Limited, Parth has a diversified and immense expertise of working in the SME sector.
Nidhi Shah
Whole Time Director and CFO
Mrs. Nidhi Shah is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has a six year experience in banking and finance industry. Her involvement and guidance has been instrumental in the growth and development of our company.
Hitesh Punjani
Whole Time Director
Mr. Hitesh Punjani has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of financial management. He stresses on disciplined trading and has the rules for limiting risk per trade and how to work out the size of trading positions. He has played a key role in the expansion of Broking business
