SIP Investment Policy

A Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) allows investors to invest in a disciplined manner. Shreni Shares Limited provides an easy-to-use platform through its Mobile / Solo / Browser Application to invest in stocks via SIP.

1. Step-by-Step Process

a. Access the Platform

– Login in mobile / browser / solo application to begin the SIP process.

b. Select Stock & SIP Option

– Choose the stock you want to invest in. Tap on ‘Buy’ and select the SIP option.

c. Choose SIP Type

– Select either:

1. Amount-based SIP
2. Quantity-based SIP

d. Define Frequency

– Choose from the following intervals:

1. Daily
2. Weekly
3. Every 15 days
4. Monthly
5. Quarterly

e. Specify Installments

Set the number of installments you want for your SIP plan.

f. Set Price Conditions

1. Define the price condition under which your SIP should be executed:
2. Market Price
3. Below a Specified Price
4. Above a Specified Price

You may also set a Cap Price to limit the maximum purchase price.

g. Review & Confirm

Review all entered SIP details carefully and confirm to place your order.

2. Important Requirements

– Ensure margin availability for your SIP. Pledging of holdings may be required.

– In the absence of a pledge, make sure to transfer sufficient funds from your registered bank account before the SIP transaction.

– SIP execution is subject to successful fund transfer or margin availability.
